One of my areas of specialization is working with clients with food and body image concerns. My goal is to help clients find peace with their bodies, learn how to have a healthy relationship with food, and start to explore how to enjoy the people and things that matter most to them.
The journey to creating a healthy relationship with food and your body can be long and arduous. I work to support clients in this process and help them learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle that comes with acceptance and flexibility. I work from a health at all sizes, non-diet, and weight inclusive approach and talk with my clients about body positivity. My goal is to help clients explore what healthy eating looks like for their bodies, how to enjoy movement and exercise, and how to cultivate a respect for their bodies regardless of their shape or size.
